A Buckeye State Win for ACEC’s Minuteman Fund

A big infrastructure win this week for ACEC Ohio and the Strong Ohio Communities Coalition as voters delivered a resounding 67% “yes” on Issue 2, a proposed constitutional amendment to renew the State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP).

ACEC’s Minuteman Fund approved a grant in March to support ACEC Ohio’s efforts to win voter approval for SCIP, which funds public infrastructure projects across Ohio. SCIP has been renewed by Ohio voters four times since it was first approved by voters in 1987; it was set to expire in July.
