ACEC Hosts Member Organization Staff for Training Session to Improve Member Services

ACEC held its first Member Organization staff training session this week. Twenty-two staff members from 16 M.O.’s learned how the Council’s programs can benefit their organizations and improve their services to member firms.

During the full-day session at the national offices in Washington, D.C., ACEC staff provided details on membership tools, M.O. resources, ACEC/PAC, the three insurance trusts, government affairs, the Minuteman Fund, business resources and education, and meetings and awards programs. The day ended with an idea swap in which the participants shared their best programs from their own organizations.
