9 Secrets to Superior Negotiation

Few people are trained negotiators … which means that even modest improvements in your negotiation skills can have dramatic positive impacts on your ability to achieve desired outcomes.

Performance Management Group President & CEO Chuck Roberts will share nine secrets to superior negotiation approaches, strategies, and tactics, including how to negotiate in a manner that protects and strengthens your relationship with the opposing party. This is especially important because in many cases you’ll need to interact with the opposing party following the negotiation.

During this 60-minute session, you’ll learn:

  • The three most common negotiation approaches, and which is most effective
  • The difference between strategic and tactical negotiation
  • Techniques for tripling their persuasive power
  • How to overcome an impasse
