ACEC to Host Presidential Candidate Forum on Infrastructure in Las Vegas
ACEC and United for Infrastructure will host a Presidential Candidate Forum on infrastructure on February 16 in Las Vegas.
The forum, which is being organized by United for Infrastructure, will bring leading candidates for the presidency together to discuss the most important domestic policy issue of the 2020 campaign: the critical need for investment in our nation’s infrastructure. ACEC is a member of the host committee for the event.
“Long-term, sustainable investment in our critical infrastructure will unlock opportunities for economic development and a better quality of life for every American,” said ACEC President and CEO Linda Bauer Darr. “America’s engineering industry will play an essential role in designing the modern, resilient infrastructure we need to remain competitive in the global marketplace. We are excited to hear how each of the candidates proposes to build America’s future.”
