ACEC Vice Chair Melvin Williams Pens Op-Ed on IIJA Benefits

In The State--the main newspaper in Columbia, S.C.–ACEC Vice Chair Melvin Williams wrote an op-ed piece today highlighting the transformative impact of the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act.

“The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act is the most significant investment in American waterways – ever, and America’s ports are due for modernization and expansion to keep up with the increasingly global supply chain,” wrote Williams, who is VP/Senior Client Development Manager at Terracon in Charleston. “Additional investment has the potential to reinvigorate our economy and drive further growth.”
