Future Engineers Shine at UAH’s Annual Engineering Showcase

The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) hosted its fifth annual Engineering Showcase, February 24, during Engineers Week 2026, bringing together hundreds of students to highlight the projects and research they developed over the past year.

Attendees got an up‑close look at a wide range of engineering work—from senior design projects to undergraduate research initiatives and displays from campus engineering organizations. The week surrounding the Engineering Showcase also featured several campus traditions, including a LEGO design challenge, art activities, and opportunities for students to connect with faculty in informal settings.

The showcase highlights the creativity, problem‑solving, and collaboration that defines UAH’s engineering community, and reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to preparing future engineers for the real‑world challenges facing the profession today.
