Garver Stresses Importance of Closing Workforce Gap During E-Week

To combat the workforce shortage, Garver is celebrating Engineers Week 2025 across the country by recruiting elementary students for engineering careers.

Engineers from Garver visited nearly 30 schools across the country to lead hands-on STEM activities. They also hit the airwaves to share with local TV media outlets and their viewers about the initiative and the importance of closing the workforce gap.
