Honoring the Life of Eric Flicker

The ACEC community is saddened to report the passing of former Board Chair Eric Flicker, 75, after his courageous battle against Bulbar onset ALS.  As a civil engineer with an deep background in developing municipal infrastructure projects, he volunteered extensively with ACEC. He served as ACEC National Chair from 2003-2004 and held several leadership positions with ACEC Pennsylvania. The culmination of his career was his 10 years as Chief Financial Officer with Pennoni Associates Inc., and then as a Senior Consultant with Pennoni, a role that allowed him to serve on several national boards.

Eric is survived by his wife Gerry Ann, two sons, Michael and Scott, two stepdaughters, Andrea and Kimberly and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
