Earlier this week, Daphne Bryant, Executive Director of the ACEC Research Institute, took part in a panel discussion at Zweig Groups’ ElevateHER Symposium to discuss the findings of the recently released Diversity Roadmap Benchmarking Tool and the People & Culture Survey. Both are a first-of-their-kind data collection and analysis tools that allow executives in the AEC industry to evaluate diversity and inclusion in their firms.
Each of these tools is free and open to use. Take the People & Culture Survey here and view the Diversity Roadmap here.
On March 5th, the Institute held an online presentation titled “Engineering Your DEI Journey: Client Perspectives and Industry Progress.” The session went into detail on the recently released Diversity Roadmap, and was moderated by ACEC’s Vice President of Tax and Workforce Policy, Katharine Mottley, and featured a panel of industry experts including Lisa Brother, PE, ENV SP, LEED AP BD+C, President and CEO, Nitsch Engineering, Daphne Bryant, Masai Lawson, Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Inclusion, Gannett Fleming, and Monica G.
