L.I. Smith & Associates celebrated Engineers Week 2026 with their annual chili cookoff and special recognition of the engineers who keep everything running smoothly. It offered everyone a chance to step away from the day-to-day and enjoy some time together.
The company also took a moment to show their appreciation by surprising their engineers with a special cake and small gifts to thank them for the hard work they put in every day.
