During Engineers Week 2026, Olsson inspired future engineers in local classrooms. Through partnerships with local schools, employees visited over 80 classrooms from kindergarten through high school and shared their passion for engineering with 3,300 students across the country. Employees taught students about careers in engineering through hands-on STEM activities ranging from building bridges to constructing towers.
“The range of Engineers Week activities at Olsson is designed to showcase the possibilities of an engineering career to the next generation, and to celebrate engineers for all they do,” said Sarah Mullen, who organized the firm’s Engineers Week activities. “Throughout the week it is priceless to see the students’ enjoyment and interest in classroom activities, as well as the excitement from our employees to partake in Engineers Week volunteering and office competitions.”
