Developing a Smart City Masterplan and Roadmap for the City of Orlando
Thursday, December 10, 1:30-2:30 PM (Eastern)

A panel of presenters will discuss how Orlando is developing a Smart City master plan, which includes the city’s mission, vision, goals, and high-level strategies associated with being a Smart City, and a roadmap for how the city can achieve the plan, with project areas, timelines and potential business models.

Panelists include  Bill Bradford, SVP/Principal-Energy, Sustainability & Resiliency, Hanson Professional Services; Mike Hess, Director of Future Ready, City of Orlando; and Dave Mulholland, SVP/Southeast Regional Manager, VHB.

Attendees will:

  • Learn how community engagement can be more important than technology when it comes to smart city planning.
  • Understand common themes that can occur while undergoing a smart city master planning process.
