“Picasso of Election Analysts” to Headline Virtual ACEC Fall Conference
Charlie Cook, one of the nation’s leading authorities on U.S. elections and American political trends, leads the roster of high-powered speakers at the virtual ACEC Fall Conference, October 28-30.
Given the unprecedented challenges COVID-19 has placed on our firms and business travel, ACEC canceled the in-person event in San Diego and will host the Fall Conference virtually on the same dates.
Editor/Publisher of the non-partisan Cook Political Report, Cook was named “The Picasso of Election Analysts” by the Wall Street Journal. In his address, Cook will use poll number, economic indicators, and historical data to forecast the 2020 election.
Daisy Auger-Dominguez, chief people officer at VICE Media Group, will share her experiences working with Moody’s Investor Service, The Walt Disney Company and Google to create more diverse and equitable workplaces.
Ben Nemtin is the author of What Do You Want to Do Before You Die? and co-founder of the Buried Life Movement. He will share his message of radical possibility, drawing on his own experiences of playing basketball with President Obama and drinking a beer with Prince Harry.
The virtual Fall Conference will also feature panel discussions, concurrent sessions, roundtables, networking and a virtual exhibit hall. It will have all of the same features that were the highlights of our in-person Fall Conference and the added benefit of access to the archived event for months after the live dates to listen to recorded sessions that were missed.
More details on the program and registration will be coming soon!
