The Tortoise and Hare Fable: Lessons on Long Term Strategic Growth in Business
Tuesday, January 11, 1:30 – 2:30 PM (Eastern)

How often are we fascinated by “hare” companies, in awe of a fast-growth start-up company that becomes a “cool” household name? We’re eager to replicate, focus on, and learn from these companies. They attribute much of their long-term business success on their corporate culture, an integral part of their company The firm exists to enhance the quality of life for their clients, as well as to their team members.

In this session, Guckert will share how culture has played a large role in the firm’s steady, stable growth and how taking the long view has helped the firm weather the inevitable storms.
