Cyndi Spinks joined ACEC in April 2019, bringing over 20 years of experience supporting an Executive Office. She has held positions with consulting firms, the U.S. House of Representatives, and non-profit organizations, including the National Football League. At the NFL, she facilitated the owners’ DC Day fly-in, managed the NFLPAC, and performed scheduling and administrative functions of the daily activities. Her expertise includes scheduling, budgeting, building relationships, and customer service with a smile. Cyndi lives in Fredericksburg, VA., where she continually looks for opportunities to make a difference in her community, church, and family.
