Lead Change with Confidence, Clarity, and Impact

In today’s rapidly evolving engineering landscape, even the best technical solutions can fall short if organizations struggle to adopt and sustain change. Leaders need the skills to guide teams through transitions, reduce resistance, and ensure new processes, technologies, and strategies deliver their intended value.

ACEC is excited to partner with Prosci to offer their Change Management Certification Program, a world-class, immersive learning experience designed to equip engineering professionals with the tools, expertise, and ongoing support needed to lead successful organizational change.

This program leverages Prosci’s globally recognized methodology and the ADKAR® Model, enabling participants to apply best practices directly to their active projects. Graduates earn the distinction of being a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, a credential recognized across industries, including engineering, oil & gas, construction, and municipal sectors.

The skills I learned during the course have enabled me to implement many changes through the years, from new technologies like Microsoft Copilot, to new ERPs, to handling mergers and acquisitions.

Prosci focuses on the people side of change and helped me to be a better leader, a better project manager, and a more effective innovator because not only could I envision and build the change, but also get people on board and bought it.

Claire Rutkowski

I leave the course feeling confident in my ability to lead and support change in my organization. I have already identified opportunities where I will apply what I have learned.

Julie

I can now look at 3 of my projects and see where I may have issues if we do not make changes. Without this course, that would not have happened.

Geener

Our organization has had many graduates, and everyone who has attended can't stop talking about their amazing experience. The ability to team up brought significant value as we were able to fast-track our approach to the project we worked on together.
