April 16 Online Class: How You Can Help New Consultants Succeed at Your Firm

In the April 16 online class Working in a Consulting Organization: A Beginner’s Guide to Achieving Success, Larry Cahill, author of Can I Borrow Your Watch? A Beginner’s Guide to Succeeding in a Successful Consulting Organization, will address how firms can better prepare new consultants.

“There’s considerable guidance available on how to become an independent consultant, but very little on what’s needed to be successful in a professional consulting organization,” says Cahill. “And these two experiences, while sharing some commonalities, are quite different.

“In fact, the consulting firm experience is often quite a surprise to the new consultant.”

During the program, Cahill will review the essential elements of professional consulting and discuss ways that new consultants can succeed, but also potentially fail, in meeting your firm’s expectations.
