Effectively Managing Conflict in Organizations

Organizations need conflict to challenge old ways of thinking and find creative solutions, but if conflict is not managed effectively, a company can become dysfunctional.

In this online class, Ted Gerber, president of the Addison Resources Group, will share practical tools to manage tensions and resolve conflicts within teams, between functions, and throughout your firm.
