What doesn’t get reported is the number of deals that fall through, due to the failure to meet financial expectations, personnel expectations, client expectations etc. What causes these failures and what can be done to avoid them? Whether you're a seller or a buyer, what questions do you need to have at hand to help gauge the outcome months, if not years, from now?
