His leadership has resulted in milestone achievements, such as leading his team to multiple injury-free years and significantly reducing service interruptions on movable bridges, thereby improving train velocity across the Northwest Division.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jeff is a devoted family man. He has been happily married to his wife, Heather, for 29 years, and together they have raised three children who are now forging their own career paths. Jeff finds joy and relaxation in the great outdoors and is passionate about home construction projects, where he applies the same precision and creativity that define his professional work.

Jeff is also deeply committed to his community. He has served as a youth wrestling coach, girls’ basketball coach, and a longtime Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America, mentoring young people and helping them develop leadership skills, confidence, and a strong moral compass.
