Justin Hall is the District Secretary of FDOT’s District Seven headquartered in Tampa, Florida. As the District Secretary, Justin provides administrative oversight for the planning, development and operations for all transportation modes within District Seven’s five counties – Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas. District Seven’s work program is $5.6 billion which supports 3.4 million residents and drivers that travel more than 40 million miles in the Tampa Bay area each day.
Justin previously served as a key member of the District Seven’s leadership team as the Director of Transportation Development. In addition, Justin has also served as the District Seven Planning and Environmental Management Office Administrator and the Interim Director of Transportation Development for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, as well serving key roles in the consultant industry.
Mr. Hall is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he earned a Master of Business Administration. Justin and his wife, Christina, are both Florida natives and reside in Plant City
with their two children.
