On July 14, ACEC joined a coalition letter to leaders of the Senate Armed Services Committee expressing concerns about Section 815 of the Senate version of the FY27 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) prohibiting stock buybacks, dividends, or capital reallocation without approval from the Defense Secretary.
