On July 6, the Council of Defense and Space Industries Associations (CODSIA), including ACEC, submitted formal comments to the Department of Defense (DoD) on a proposed rule released in May that would extend, beyond classified contracts, the scope of Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) requirements.
