On behalf of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) – the business voice of the nation’s engineering industry – we write to express our strong support for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), which provides critical funding for global infrastructure projects and does so largely using American engineering firms and other assets.
