For years, marketing and human resources have had a friendly, but distant relationship. Marketing was largely tasked with attracting and engaging clients, HR with attracting and engaging employees. But times have changed.  And the truth is, marketing and need to work more closely together than ever before. Because we now understand that there is a significant and distinct connection between a firm’s employees, their internal culture and their external brand. Add to that, the escalating talent war (and talent shortage) demands non-traditional approaches to both recruitment and retention.

With these and other challenges,  its crucial for marketing and HR teams to collaborate in order to meet their objectives and ultimately help their firms achieve strategic success. So how, exactly, can firms bridge the gap between marketing and HR? Tim Asimos, CPSM, Vice President at circle S studio, will take a look at the intersection of marketing and HR. You’ll learn how to better align together for a positive impact on your firm’s brand, employees, culture and bottom line.

Attendees will learn about:

  • Aligning the internal culture with the external brand
  • Transforming employees (past and present) into brand advocates
  • Applying marketing strategies and tactics to recruitment efforts
  • Leveraging marketing’s skills to improve internal communication
  • Building a marketing mindset through continuous education and training
