We all want our businesses to operate at an optimum for staff at all levels, sub-contractors as applicable, and of course for customers. To achieve a dynamic, productive, and resilient working environment we must take a hard look at our Organizational Health and Fitness (OH&F).

Join Emma Kowalenko to use a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis that goes beyond combatting the threats to your business. You'll learn to prioritize actions and implement workable, realistic, customized solutions that eliminate "dysfunctional viruses" and reinforce OH&F for the long term.

  • Conduct a SWOT Plus, the “what” and the “how,” by mindfully measuring Strengths, examining our weaknesses, quantifying our Opportunities, and identifying our Threats.
  • Go beyond our SWOT analysis by applying our lessons learned to workable applications to reinforce and build on our Strengths to create a long-lasting structure that sustains Organizational Health and Fitness – OH&F.
  • Define the “who” for our OH&F observation, analysis, interpretation, and application for lasting OH&F. We call on a dedicated CORE team (Collaboration, Optimism, Resilience, and Excellence), preferably from within your organization, that will implement needed changes in a mindful, effect manner.
