Difficult conversations with clients, employees, and partners are an inevitable part of business. Still, few professionals have any formal training in how to properly address conflict. Instead, they push off confrontation as long as possible, and often make the problem that much worse.

In today’s world of rapidly escalating client expectations, hyper-competitive, and commoditizing markets, and record low talent availability – average communication is no longer good enough.

Join John Doehring to learn how exceptional professionals build their competitive advantage by dealing with difficult situations in real-time, leading highly productive communications, and developing strong, trust-based relationships. You'll learn how to turn conflict into cooperation, apathy into engagement, and disappointment into sustainable success.

TAKEAWAYS:

  • Discover why confrontational conversations are hard, and how to stop them from being so;
  • Understand the process (and all steps) that exceptional professionals use to prepare for and lead challenging, but successful conversations;
  • Get the template you need now - to lead your first difficult conversation – and do it before the end of this month!
