MEP Tool 7-2: Agreement between MEP Engineer and Client for Professional Services
The purpose of this document is to provide a sample agreement for providing MEP/FP engineering services directly to a Client. It is not intended to be used when the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer of Record is the Prime Design Professional (See MEP Tool 7-3).
This sample contract features:
- A Letter of Agreement
- An Exhibit that defines the Summary of Services
- An Exhibit defining Terms and Conditions of the Agreement
- Available for immediate download in MS Word format.
