EJCDC C-626: Notice of Acceptability of Work (2018)

Serves as the Engineer’s written notice to the Owner and Contractor that all the Contractor’s Work is fully completed and is in accordance with the Construction Contract Documents. C-626 fulfills the provisions on final payment to the Contractor, required by EJCDC® C-700, Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract.
