Notice of the Acceptability of the Work is used by the Owner’s Advisor to
notify the Owner and the Construction Manager at Risk that Engineer has
determined that the Work on the completed Project is acceptable, and Owner’s
Advisor recommends that Owner make final payment to Construction Manager at
Risk.
