A completely new, industry-first document, including model language, for the preparation of requests for qualifications (RFQ) for procuring the services of a design-builder. EJCDC D-110 may be used for both procuring a design-builder on the basis of qualifications only (such as is normally done for “progressive” design-build) or as the first (prequalifications) of a two-step procurement process.
