LDC 2-9: Quality Control Review – Key Individuals

The design kick-off meeting should review and approve the project’s design criteria. Copies or links of current jurisdictional design manuals and standard drawings should be made available at the kick-off meeting. Completing this checklist assures that the design team has a full understanding of the design and jurisdictional requirements and criteria, eliminating costly re-design, additional plan checks, and schedule delays.
