ACEC’s Political Program

ACEC's Political Action Committee - ACEC/PAC - is the engineering industry's primary tool for political engagement at the national level.  Supported by engineering professionals from across the country who work for member firms, the sole purpose of ACEC/PAC is to elect candidates to the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate who support policies and legislation favorable to the engineering industry.  ACEC/PAC supports candidates on a bipartisan basis, and may give up to $10,000 to a federal candidate per election cycle.  ACEC/PAC is regulated by the Federal Elections Commission, and is overseen by a committee of PAC Champions made up of engineering firm executives from the ACEC member organizations.

To learn more about ACEC/PAC, please contact Greg Knopp, Executive Director, Political Affairs at or Cara Gavagan, ACEC/PAC Director, at, or log on to visit the ACEC/PAC site here.
