Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn to all functions. ACEC does not allow badge sharing. All attendees must be registered as a separate individual to attend.
Information Regarding Online Registration: After logging into your ACEC account and selecting to register for the Annual Convention, you will be prompted to verify your information. At this time you will also be asked to select your "Registration Type" from a drop down menu. Please select the title that BEST describes your registration type.
Full Convention Registration Fee: The Full Convention fee includes: four plenary sessions, three receptions, three breakfasts, two luncheons, networking breaks, concurrent sessions, roundtables, forums, and exclusive online access to session handouts. A separate purchase is needed for special activities and tours.
Additional Member, Same Firm Registration Fee: In order to register for this discounted fee of $1095, a member from the same firm must be previously registered at the Full Convention rate. To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Hayley Sizemore. After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration.
First Time Attendee: A special discount exists for ACEC members who are attending their first Annual Convention - $995 if registered before April 21, 2022. To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Hayley Sizemore. After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration.
Young Professional Attendee: A special discount of $599 exists for members who qualify (under the age of 35). To check if you are eligible for this discount and to receive the discount code, please contact Katie Goodman.
Daily Registration: In order to select Daily Registration Fees, you must select your Registration Type as "Daily Registrant”. Daily registration fees include meal functions for that day and access to online compendium of materials.
Forum Registration: If you are planning on registering for the Legal Counsel Forum Only, select "Legal Counsel Forum Only" as your registration type.
State Coordinator Discount Registration: In order to register for this discounted fee, you must be a state coordinator. To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Hayley Sizemore. After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration. The State Coordinator registration fee includes everything in the Full Convention registration. A separate ticket purchase is needed for tours and special events.
Guest Registration: The guest registration will follow optional event selection. Fill out the appropriate information. Please be sure to include your guest's email address and not your own. Guests must register in order to participate in any activity. The guest fee includes the Sunday Reception and Dinner and Monday Evening Reception as well as the Guest Hospitality Lounge open on Monday and Tuesday mornings. If guests wish to attend concurrent sessions, they must register as an attendee. Additional fees apply for special events, tours, and EEA Gala.
Engineering Excellence Awards Gala Ticket(s) Registration Process: Please note that individuals are not able to purchase Gala tickets directly though the online Annual Convention registration link, however, individuals will be prompted to purchase Gala tickets before checking out from the online convention registration shopping cart page – making it easier for convention attendees to purchase Gala tickets at the same time as his/her registration purchase. Ticket purchase for the Gala is also available on the downloadable registration form.

Cancellation Policy: Full registration less a $150 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Thursday, April 21, 2022. No refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same firm. Written notification must be sent to Hayley Sizemore at hsizemore@acec.org.
