Exit Strategies Using ESOPs and Internal Buyouts” will discuss a range of topics related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans including direct vs. beneficial ownership, governance, valuation requirements, financing sources, unique tax benefits and typical plan rules. Using case studies, it will also describe the different strategies used by A/E firms using ESOPs. Finally, the program will also discuss other equity plans commonly used in combination with ESOPs.
