PPP Loan Forgiveness: What You Need to Know

This session will focus on the recent release of the PPP Loan Forgiveness Interim Final Rule. Included will be a discussion of the loan forgiveness application as well as guidance in the interim rule on questions such as whether loan forgiveness is reduced if a laid off employee refuses an offer to return to work, or if an employee is fired for cause or resigns voluntarily. There will be substantial time to answer questions from attendees.
