ACEC presents Digital Transformation, a three-part online series tailored for AEC professionals and designed to guide the transition from traditional business practices to a technologically advanced approach. This series will explore essential change management principles, how to harness the power of big data for informed decision-making, and how to deliver projects digitally with precision. Each class is more than a learning opportunity; it’s your first step towards becoming an industry leader in a digital age.
Join us for a foundational overview of change management principles for technology adoption at the firm. Participants will:
- Evaluate where you are on the digital transformation journey. Is your firm just beginning the journey or well along the path? Learn a quick framework for understanding what digital transformation means in an AEC industry context and how to assess where your firm is and possible next stepson your journey.
- Understand change management. Digital transformation brings a lot of change to the organization and many people find change challenging. Learn how to address change and create a more resilient organization.
- Identify resources available to your team and your firm. There are many resources to help advance your organization’s use of digital tools and overall digital literacy.
