Diving Deeper into QBS

 

 

ACEC’s Engineering Influence podcast welcomed Gordon Kingsley from Georgia Tech and Paul Chinowsky from the University of Colorado, Boulder for a closer look at the ACEC Research Institute’s newly released study on Qualifications Based Selection (QBS). The two researchers went into detail on the benefits of QBS and explained how selecting engineering teams based on qualifications lowers cost, saves time, and lessens complexity for project delivery.
