Due to Popular Demand: ACEC Offers Second Diversity & Inclusion Online Class, January 28
Following up on the recent, successful Diversity, Inclusion, & Dividends 101 online class (click here for download information), ACEC will offer Inclusion, Culture, & Belonging 102 on January 28.
Presented by Armers of Kyle Moncure of Neuro-Inclusion, the course will cover techniques that help employees recognize, value, and integrate diverse perspectives and experiences—which will assist in creating an inclusive culture faster. The presenters will share a creative approach to making inclusive behaviors come to life in practical ways.
During the course, participants will:
- Experience a Neuro-Approach to D&I designed to reduce “diversity resistance”
- Hear how to transform the concept of inclusion into actionable and practical
- Understand the advantages associated with changing behavior and culture
- Learn the importance of difference, intentional inclusion & embracing change
