Futurist Salim Ismail to Speak on Disruptive Technologies and Exponential Organizations at Annual Convention

At the 2019 ACEC Annual Convention in Washington, D.C., May 5-8, best-selling author and business consultant Salim Ismail will address how firms can position themselves to capitalize on opportunities in the rapidly changing business environment.
Ismail will describe the characteristics and attributes of organizations that succeed in today’s disruptive markets and demonstrate how firms can incorporate these ideas. He will also look at today’s fastest growing technologies and the impact they will have on organizations.
Ismail’s book, Exponential Organizations, reached No. 1 on Amazon’s “Best-Sellers in Business Management” and was named Frost & Sullivan’s “Growth, Innovation, and Leadership Book of the Year.”
Chair of ExO Works and former executive director of Singularity University, Salim has started numerous companies, including Ångströ, a news aggregation startup that he sold to Google in 2010.
