Nevada ranks first in the United States for transportation, according to a recent study by U.S. News & World Report, followed by Utah, Delaware, Minnesota and Oregon.
The rankings are based on commute time, road quality, bridge quality and public transit usage.
North Dakota has the best commute time; Georgia’s road quality tops the list; Texas leads the way in bridge quality; and New Yorkers use the most public transit.
The bottom five states in the overall rankings are (#46-#50) Mississippi, Texas, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Rhode Island.
