SEI in Washington, DC

This week, the 28th Cohort of ACEC’s Senior Executives Institute (SEI) met in Washington, D.C. This 18-month program helps train engineering executives to manage and lead engineering companies while developing a strong national network. Public policy is one of the many business issues the program covers and while in Washington, SEI members visited Capitol Hill, met with lawmakers, and received legislative updates from the ACEC staff. Additional sessions during the 18 months will focus on leadership skills, strategy and systems thinking, organizational leadership, and mentoring.
