Six-Week Virtual Business of Design Consulting Course Begins October 5

Presented for the second time in a virtual format, the Business of Design Consulting course builds 
management expertise and leadership to help your firm thrive.

Combining pre-recorded presentations with live, interactive sessions led by experienced industry practitioners, this six-week program covers the critical topics every A/E professional needs to know to succeed in the ever-changing business environment.

The course will run from October 5 to November 18, 2021.

Topics include leadership, strategic planning, risk management, financial management, ownership transition, and business development.  

On the faculty are Steve Walker of SR Walker & Associates, Tiffany Aukema of HR Advisors Group, Brett Stewart of AXA/XL, Michaela Kendall of AXA/XL, Matt Fultz of Matheson Financial Advisors, and Richard Friedman of Friedman & Partners.
