We’ve all been in meetings that felt long, boring, and irrelevant. In Patrick Lencioni’s article Death by Meeting, he describes meetings as “unavoidably painful and unproductive-one of the necessary evils of organizational life”. Nobody wants to be in a meeting that feels like a waste of their time. To make meetings less painful, the Checklist for Great Meetings was created to help you create and facilitate a great meeting.
