Do you (or your legal counsel) review every contract to find onerous clauses? Do you know what they are? Do you always find them? This tool will help find those “red flag” clauses or words to identify onerous contract language. All you need is a copy of the proposed contract, a flat-bed scanner or similar device, Adobe Acrobat (not Reader), and your list of words and clauses.
