COPS Baseline 4-2: Agreement Between Consultant and Sub-Consultant for Professional Services

Consultant and Sub-consultant agree that this Agreement, including its Exhibit A – Terms and Conditions, Exhibit B – Scope of Services, Exhibit C – Fee Schedule, and other documents listed below, if any, constitute the entire integrated Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and discussions. This Agreement may be amended only by a written amendment signed by both Consultant and Sub-consultant.
