Construction Subcontract is intended to be used to form the subcontract between
the Construction Manager at Risk and a Subcontractor. Subcontract Work is
performed at the project site, often in conjunction with the construction
activities of the CMAR and other subcontractors, making the coordination of safety,
indemnity, and insurance provisions important.
