The Field Order documents minor changes to Work that has been authorized within the
scope of a specific Work Authorization, provided that such minor changes do not
change the Guaranteed Maximum Price or Contract Times. The Field Order is
issued to the Construction Manager at Risk unilaterally by Owner’s Advisor
(with Engineer’s authorization).
