Finding new clients and winning more work is more challenging than ever for A/E firms. The successful ones adapt to shifting conditions of feast or famine business environments to welcoming new technologies to embracing the value of the “softer” skills of relationship building, internally and externally. Firms that don’t won’t survive.

Learn to thrive.

Join Jennifer Abernethy to explore the “mind shifts” that will help your firm grow and prosper. Over the course of this 60-minute session, you’ll:

  • Think like a laboratory team and get a glimpse of new technologies and ways of thinking about them
  • Identify the questions that you and your teams need to be asking
  • Learn the #1 skill you need to stay successful for the long-term
  • Learn how social media will evolve and why right now is the right time to engage and connect
  • Discover the 8 words you need to know today to prepare for tomorrow’s business as usual
  • Learn why your firm needs to get paranoid by looking at examples of how firms who got comfortable are paying the price
