Join Nick Belitz to explore how the current market affects your firm's valuation and learn about the options and critical success factors principals and owners have when evaluating either an internal or external transition.

  • Identify the current market’s effect on valuations for firms large and small, including the latest market and transaction data
  • Examine whether an ESOP or an internal sale is best for your firm, including what it means in terms of dollars and debt
